Vehicle towing and parking fees etc. are not included in the motorcycle deposit. (Excluding technical problems) If the motorcycle is left before the end of the rental period due to the user having an accident or other personal problems (where Rent A Scooters is not responsible), no refund will be made. However, for special cases, a free rental document is issued for the cost of the remaining rental period to be used in the future (2 years).

Oil and oil change fees are the responsibility of the customer after every 1500 km for scooters and every 3000 km for motorcycles. Engine Replacement After Accident If a new motorcycle is requested after the accident, a fee is required.

Traffic fines that may occur between the rental dates of the rented motorcycle, non-payment of fees for bridge and highway crossings, or damage that may occur to the motorcycle by the renter will be blocked from your credit card for the amount determined by the Rent A Scooters company for additional payments. If there is no additional payment as of the day the motorcycle is rented, this blockage will automatically be removed from your credit card after 25 days, which is the legal process. Your credit card must be open to pre-authorization. Please check before receiving the motorcycle. When renting a motorcycle, you will be asked for a credit card, especially for the deposit. Please make sure that your credit card is open for this type of transaction before coming to our office, and ask your bank. You can also pay the deposit in cash if you wish.

If you lose the traffic registration license or registration plate of the motorcycle or scooter you rented, there is a fee of € 90. If you lose the ignition key of the motorcycle or scooter you rented, you will be charged for the original ignition key. Prices vary depending on the motorcycle and scooter brand. (For example, the cheapest new ignition key is €50, the highest priced ignition key is €190)
